CoinGrader AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze coin images and provide grade estimates. The Service includes:
- AI-powered grade estimation with confidence scores
- Detailed surface analysis and quality assessment
- Pre-grading recommendations
- Educational content and grading resources
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
IMPORTANT: CoinGrader AI estimates are opinions, not guarantees.
- Our AI provides estimates based on image analysis and historical grading data
- Actual professional grades from PCGS, NGC, or other services may differ significantly
- We do not guarantee that coins will receive the grades estimated by our AI
- Grade estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchase, sale, or grading submission decisions
- CoinGrader AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or any professional grading service
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, high-quality images of coins for analysis
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI technology
- Not use the Service to make fraudulent or misleading claims about coin grades
- Understand that AI estimates are educational tools, not professional grading services
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
5. Payment and Subscriptions
CoinGrader AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited grading credits per month with basic features
- Hobbyist Plan ($9.99/month): 50 grading credits monthly with advanced analysis
- Professional Plan ($29.99/month): 200 grading credits monthly with priority processing and detailed reports
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize CoinGrader AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and materials provided by CoinGrader AI, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of CoinGrader AI and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users retain ownership of the images they upload but grant CoinGrader AI a non-exclusive license to use uploaded images for AI training, service improvement, and analysis purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINGRADER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any financial losses resulting from reliance on grade estimates
- Differences between AI estimates and professional grading service results
- Lost profits, opportunities, or business interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
Users acknowledge that numismatic grading is subjective and that variations in grades are common even among professional grading services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and uploaded coin images.
10. Modifications to Terms
CoinGrader AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
CoinGrader AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
